Think of memorable adverts and the first one that probably springs to mind is that drumming gorilla from Cadburys. Possibly even their newer one with the trucks. Now there’s a new one around – and it’s talking Thunderbirds.
It’s not all that often you see this advert but it’s around. It’s for Drench, that spring water that seems to be appearing in people’s hands nowadays. It’s Brains from Thunderbirds (Which is on Wikipedia, for all you horrible young-generation or international people…) and he’s dancing. Awesomely dancing. I mean, how can you not love Brains dancing? How cool is that?
Thunderbirds recently appeared in a Specsavers advert, too, so could it spell a comeback for every British kid’s classic show? I damn well hope so. But they better not make it all modern like they did Gladiators. Eww.
