As of 2pm this afternoon, Berlinda was no more. No more happy drives through the country. No more joyful ramblings through the woods. No more keeping me dry on a cold winter’s morning.
Yes. Rest in Peace, Berlinda the Berlingo. 
She’s now bay parked in the big used Citroen dealership in the sky. She was traded in for a brand new C3 which, according to Andy and Andy’s mum, suck. But we love Berlinda!
Berlinda even had her own Wikipedia article back in the day. I don’t know anyone who could resist the charm and beauty which is was Berlinda. Andy B, Andy W and Simon have all rode in Berlinda, to name but a few. Not one dissatisfied customer.
Beware, there are fake Berlinda’s out there. Mrsnesbitt has one, although it’s a van called ‘Belinda’. How dare you actually call the van a girl?

Now we’ve just got to think of a nice name for the C3. While nothing will be quite as high on the ‘Legend’ factor as the Berlingo, let’s just try. Suggestions by anyone are quite welcome.
